By downloading, installing or using PG Sathi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
PG Sathi is a property management tool designed for PG and hostel owners and their tenants in India. You agree not to:
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.
PG Sathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
PG Sathi facilitates rent payments between tenants and owners via UPI. We are not a payment processor and do not store any payment card information.
All payment disputes between tenants and owners are to be resolved directly between the parties. PG Sathi is not liable for any failed, disputed or incorrect payments.
PG Sathi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data, income or damage arising from your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PG Sathi and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
